About Me
I am a Lecturer in a Management College, Uttar Pradesh, INDIA. I have been in Teaching since 2009 and have turned around several successful ventures in the Management Studies domain. I take pride as in the fact to have my ventures organically without any greed or extra effort. Besides this I enjoy managing my ventures and that's the reason to never disappoint whom ever I meet.
I have done my Masters of Business & Administration in specialization in Human Resource and Finance from UPTU, Lucknow in 2009.
I have special interest in various topics related to Management Studies.

My Career Summary
I started my career as an HR Executive in a private International firm at Lucknow for the period of 3 months. Later on I decided to give a full wing to my thoughts and my satisfaction I left that job and switched into the field of Teaching and I became a Lecturer. Since, then I m active in the field of lectureship and always ready to give and spread my almost knowledge to the desired ones. Blogging in my mean is the best way of doing so in nowadays era. Additionally, I would like to say that I am too fortunate that my first experience in professional world was in such a friendly and informal environment. I used to help my students in managing organizing events (like cultural functions, Freshers Function, Farewell and so on.) and helping award participants in various ways.

My work and Experience
I am teaching now for more than 5 years. Hope to that I delivered my duties and responsibilities to the Organisation all to its best and to its full extent. In the following years I delivered my responsibilities honestly. Now, I have an innovative and knowledgeable professional experience of 5 years as lecturer. As time makes a person experienced myself too became efficient and proficient in developing new lessons and activities to expand learning opportunities for students, others and for myself. I use to make students extensive in participation to various extra-curricular activities. I enjoy to give students more prominent and proficient conceptual knowledge over demanded topics. Finally, I feel honoured when my students say that I m very friendly in nature and that is what which makes less gap between a student and a faculty.
I enjoy to take responsibilities like:
I draw my satisfaction from the fact that, till now I have managed to build a respectable place in my Organisation only through my great dedication, devotion and determination.

I draw my satisfaction from the fact that, till now I have managed to build a respectable place in my Organisation only through my great dedication, devotion and determination.
